Return/Refund Policy

Need to make a return? Here is what you need to know first.

Custom Builds:

Box did not fit? did not like the color?

As respectfully as possible, Custom builds are not ever returnable. We ask all the questions ahead of time and validate 3d renderings and specs with all paid orders, once you have verified your build in this step, it belongs to you.

Box arrives damaged? incorrect cutout?

We carry shipping insurance on all builds, please review our shipping promise in our info tab from the home page! if an error in your build has been made, please do not stress, we apologize and we will make it right, its not a big deal!

ProFab's:

If you need to return a Profab for whatever reason, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping label and the safe return of the item, provided your box returns undamaged and is re sellable that we can at least cycle it through our B-Stock area of the store, we will gladly refund you, please keep in mind that this incurs a restocking fee of $25 for every $100 spent, $300 = $75 basically, We are a small family business and cannot simply accommodate for customers who have changed their mind or selected an item that does not work for them,

In the even you ship back an item, and it returns badly damaged due to poor repackaging, the refund will reflect the items condition once received in. 

Flat Packs:

Just like the above, customers are responsible for the return label and safe delivery of the item returning, a restocking fee will be deducted from your return at the rate of $25 for every $100 spent. 

Merchandise or anything else!

Clothing or wearable items cannot be resold ever; this is a 100% loss for us and will be donated to charity as needed, again, customers will be responsible for return labels, and all items must return in the same condition they left in, a restocking/return fee of $10 for every $100 spent here will be applied to your returned items,

Restocking Fee's:

While we are happy to accommodate returns, we simply cannot be liable for the transaction / packing and shipping that are unrecoverable, just because something was ordered without due diligence pre-sale.
