Q: Do you have a brick-and-mortar retail storefront?

A: No, we are a 100% ecommerce-based business.

 

Q: Am I able to pick up my order rather than having it shipped?

A: Absolutely, we are always happy to arrange a convenient time for orders to be picked up. Please let us know what your requirements are pre-sale so we can accommodate! 

 

Q: Do you guys ship internationally?

A: No, for the foreseeable future, we only ship to the lower 48 states.

 

Q: Do you guys offer any installation services?

A: No, we do not offer any kind of installation services. 

 

Q: Do you guys build stunt walls, doors, and A-pillars?

A: Yes, we can make projects like this happen for you, but you must be a local customer. I will need to see the vehicle in person to get work like this done accurately. 

 

Q: Do you support charity events OR shows?

A: Yes, we get involved in multiple events and charity-driven shows in our immediate area of business. This generally means local Car, bike, and truck shows that are non-profit and support our local community. Respectfully, I am not going to be able to sponsor your nephew's football team or lunch at your next club meeting. Please do not ask this!

 

Q: Do you sponsor individual builds?

A: If you have to ask for it, then the answer is NO. I love to help people where I can and probably do so more often than I should. Are you able to attend shows country-wide every single weekend during peak season? are you a widely known individual in the car audio world who has a great standing with the wider community? I know I can't tick these boxes, so for this reason, I would never ask another company to co/sponsor even our own build!

 

Q: Do you do any kind of product reviews and content creation in return for product, service, or under contract?

A: Yes, we have in the past and would love to do more. fair warning in advance, your review is going to be fair and honest, whether paid for or not. I respect my audience and will always stand on and advocate for products and brands that tick the boxes.
