Badlabz Custom Design Request Form. – BADLAB Customz

This is a digital product that will be sent out via email once the order has been filled

Included with every design will be a Badlabz Merch pack that includes the following

• Badlabz Sticker pack
• Badlabz Box emblem (silver/black) + mounting hardware.

Merch packs are shipped once per week with tracking provided once the order is filled.

This order will contain a digital delivered design for a 6th Order box design once the order has been filled
